I'm Lyndsey, a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) with three years of experience. I founded Seed & Nourish, PLLC to provide a supportive environment for individuals facing life challenges. I am also a Certified Christian Trauma Care Provider-Level 2 for those seeking faith-based support.
