Do you find yourself overthinking, emotionally drained, or struggling to manage everything on your plate? Are you concerned about your child? I work with children, teens, and adults experiencing anxiety, ADHD, depression, trauma, life transitions, and relationship stress. Many of the individuals I work with feel overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure how to move forward, even when they want things to feel different. I believe meaningful change is possible, even during difficult seasons. My goal is to provide a supportive, collaborative space where you feel heard, understood, and able to make sense of what you’re experiencing.
My approach is relational and strengths-based, integrating evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing. Together, we’ll work to build insight, develop effective coping strategies, and create meaningful, lasting change.
Starting therapy can feel intimidating, especially if you’re not sure where to begin. You don’t have to have everything figured out to get started.
