I am a Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist and I have 8 years of experience working with individuals, couples and families. I enjoy walking alongside each patient as they face their own challenges and obstacles in life. I will work together with you to help create solutions that work uniquely to your own journey and to take the steps needed to get you where you want to be. I offer a direct but compassionate approach and come from a place of understanding and support. Outside of traditional therapy, I also offer weekend intensive therapy sessions for couples, families & individuals.
I have specialized training in trauma, EMDR, couples, narcissistic abuse, complex trauma & family dynamics, infertility, perinatal, women's issues, grief/loss, & experience working with patients with anxiety, mood disorders, PTSD, BPD, life transitions, self-esteem/confidence, empowerment, body image, chronic illness/pain, wellness, stress & finances.
