To know and experience the life you desire and the relationships you want. In therapy, unconscious patterns can come into awareness, allowing new ways of engaging with life and relationships. I believe we have the potential to live beautiful, vibrant lives, interconnected with the earth, our communities, and those who have come before us. It would be an honor to share this space with you.
My approach is trauma-informed, contemplative, healing centered, and growth oriented. My experience informs work around childhood and religious trauma, grief and loss, anxiety, depression, spirituality, identity, divorce, birth/death thresholds, psychedelic integration, and relational tending.
