About
Therapy is a journey that is unique to each person. It helps you learn more about yourself, your relationships, and how you interact with the world. Lyndsay’s approach is integrative and tailored to fit client’s specific needs and goals. She has a strong belief in the importance of the therapeutic relationship and is dedicated to creating a safe, creative space in which clients can process and share with empathy and without judgement. She works to encourage and support clients in better understanding their story and breaking unhelpful thinking patterns. Lyndsay hopes that clients leave with tools to use in and out of session.
Through academic and clinical training Lyndsay has been exposed to many therapeutic tools and enjoys techniques that speak to a client’s belief systems and are easily incorporated into a client’s life. This can show up through Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), family systems therapy, and more.
Lyndsay is passionate about walking with individuals of all ages and identities through various life transitions such as divorce or relationship changes, graduations, medical diagnoses and beyond. Wherever you are in your life, and whatever challenges you are engaged with, Lyndsay will meet you with warmth, compassion, authenticity, humor, and empowerment.
