I have a Bachelors degree in Psychology and a Masters of Mental Health Counseling from Indiana University – Columbus. I am committed to serving teens to adults and have been working with this population to help manage depression, anxiety, to process trauma, significant losses, and manage every day struggles. I have a passion working with the LGTBQ+ population and suicidality. In my personal time, I love spending time with friends, family and dogs. I can usually be found reading a book, traveling to new places or hanging out with Mickey Mouse at Disney.
Our first session will be used as an intake session where you will get to know the therapist and the therapist will get to know your mental health history. The session will also be used to create therapeutic goals and treatment planning.
My ideal client would be somebody willing to work through the therapeutic process by learning coping skills and putting what they learn in therapy to use daily
