I believe that with support and the right therapeutic relationship you can make the changes you want in your life. I am a Certified Sex Therapist and I attended the Sexual Health Certificate Program at the University of Michigan. I work with folks who want to fully experience sexual pleasure, but aren't sure how. This may be related to sexual pain, sexual trauma, or an upbringing lacking education about sexual health. My approach honors and addresses situations in the past, but also gives you ideas about how to feel better in the here and now.
I have years of experience working with survivors of domestic and sexual violence. I have a special interest in working with folks doing activist work or folks practicing open relationship styles. Many of my clients are Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Trans, Non-Binary, or Queer. I am honored to write letters for surgery or hormones, if needed.
I will come to our work together with compassion, an open mind, and a casual style. I consider myself an intersectional feminist and this informs my work. I'd love to meet with you and talk about how we might work together.
