I am so happy you are here. Bios can be so stale, but hopefully this one will paint a colorful picture of who I am and what to expect in a session with me. Being a therapist is literally so cool and rewarding. Each day I have the opportunity to offer at least two things – to help you feel understood and less alone. No matter where you are in your life, I want to meet you there. I strive to provide a safe environment for clients from different backgrounds, cultures, sexual identities, gender identities or expression.

My therapeutic philosophy incorporates compassion and a person centered approach. I utilize Emotionally Focused Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy in session. This is where I reference the quote above and say LOVE wins. In my work with couples and individuals I want explore your attachment needs and navigate your emotional cycles.

Outside of the office I enjoy spending time with my wife and our four fur children – Leo, Ellie, Lucy, and Samson. We live for family cuddles and lazy Sundays. I am a lover of books and the outdoors. I can’t wait to meet you and get started.
