Lynden Gellner is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor with over 4 years of experience working with client who have anxiety, depression, life transitions, and other stressors. Lynden has a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from City University and a Bachelor of Art in English and Creative Writing from Eastern Washington University. Through a combination of Mindfulness Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Psychodynamics, Existential Therapy, and Person-Center Therapy we will find the right approach to meet your specific needs.
It is through this process that we can hopefully start to improve the client’s self-confidence, sense of identity, mood, and overall well-being. Lynden was born and raised in Washington which gives him a unique understanding of the area, its challenges and joys.
