Hi, I’m Lynda, I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in Molino, FL working with clients statewide through telehealth. I specialize in issues such as grief, anxiety, and depression through an eclectic approach combining Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Therapy, and Person Focused Therapy, to name a few, to help my clients achieve their goals.
