I work with teenagers, young adults, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, low self-esteem, grief, stress, perfectionism, and life transitions. My approach is warm, collaborative, and goal-oriented, using CBT, ACT, Solution-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and mindfulness to meet your unique needs and goals.
