I have worked in the fields of addiction and mental health for over 40 years. I have experience as well as ongoing education to stay up with this rapidly advancing field! I also have strong faith that we do recover from what is hurting us if we do the hard work. I will walk with you on that journey, putting all the pieces back together into a new normal.
After 40 years I have expertise with most mental health issues, but my passion is working with trauma, neurodivergency, LGBTQIA2S issues, mood disorders including all presentations of bi-polar disorders and depression. I work with any ages, but spent my first 17 years seeing kids & adolescents, and I connect well with angry, self harming teens.
I can handle whatever you need to say, and I can help you handle it as well. You are the expert on you, and I'm excited to learn about who you are and where you want to go on your journey in healing. I know I need to earn your trust, I don't expect you to just listen, believe, and obey!
