I have expertise treating low self esteem, depression, anxiety and behavioral problems. I have specialized training in trauma work including abuse and attachment disorders, and I am trained in the use of EMDR, Guided Imagery and Brainspotting for trauma resolution. These are sensory methods which target the sensory nature of trauma. I am solution focused.
