As a therapist certified in EMDR and trained extensively in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), I specialize in assisting adults with anxiety, depression, addiction, phobias, hoarding, OCD, PTSD, and traumatic stress. For couples, I bring my expertise in Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy and as a Gottman Level 3 trained therapist to help you improve communication, manage emotions, resolve conflicts, and keep the romance alive in your relationship. Please know that a phone consultation with both partners present is required prior to beginning couples therapy.
