I specialize in working with teenagers and young adults. Also, I specialize in working with those who are struggling with symptoms of ADHD, Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Depressive disorders, and trauma-related disorders. Also, I help young adults with challenges related to major life transitions, changes in self-identity, self-care, self-esteem concerns, boundaries, work-life balance, and understanding the mind-body connection. Life's too short to stay stuck in toxic relationships, carry resentment, let trauma take over, or live in constant stress/anger. I want to help you find intentional meaning in your life.
I am an eclectic therapist who utilizes many different modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Somatic Therapy, and Internal Family Systems Theory.
