Feeling stuck and do not know how to move forward in life? I am a bilingual (Spanish) Internal Family Systems (IFS) psychotherapist specializing in women's issues, life transitions, and spirituality. My approach is a collage of evidence-based and non-conventional practices, such as mindfulness, intuitive healing, and integrative health. Each session is gently tailored based on the client’s needs and level of readiness to address them. I practice from an Internal Family Systems lens. I also incorporate evidence-based and nonconventional therapeutic practices into each session, such as CBT, IFS, mindfulness, yoga CBT, tapping, intuitive healing and coaching, and integrative health.
I believe in the connection of mind, body, and soul and the importance of holistic treatment for optimal health and wellness.
