I am a therapist with lived experience which means that I have a mental health condition and personal experience with the mental health recovery journey process. There is nothing to be ashamed of when you are diagnosed with a mental health condition. So many people (including myself) self-stigmatized in the beginning because of shock or disbelief of the diagnosis. I can assist you in making sense of things and in finding yourself as you maintain your recovery. Many therapists can do this; however, not many of them have personal experience that they can professionally share with you to help you live your best life.
I have some specialties that you can see on this site and my Alma profile. However, I would say I am able to share ways to interpret life issues using spirituality. I have been studying Kabbalah (the spiritual laws of the universe) for over 16 years. I believe I can help you see life differently and reframe things in a way that makes more sense to you.
