Therapy with me is about carving out a space you can call your own: somewhere you feel safe bringing your whole, authentic self—without fear of being judged or criticized—and getting back in touch with your inner wisdom and strength. My hope is that through therapy, you can step into a life that feels like it thrives, beyond the trauma, stress, grief and anxiety that you've carried with you. I enjoy working with folks who are 1st & 2nd generation; LGBTQ+; those healing from religious trauma and internalized shame; and those who had to grow up too fast and often feel like they have to make everyone else happy.
I specialize in trauma-informed therapy for individuals, parents and those in the LGBTQ+ community to get curious about themselves and their experiences, so they can find a greater sense of peace and fulfillment in their lives. I use body-based methods such as Brainspotting & EMDR to help clients achieve deeper, longer-lasting change.
My desire as a therapist is to create a space with you where your truest self can be welcomed, unapologetically, without shame! Bring all the quirks, sense of humor, anime & music references and the heaviness that you may have come to believe is too much.
