| Español You’ve been healing for a long time. You know the language. You can name the patterns. You may even be the one others go to. And still, there are moments when your body says: I don’t feel safe yet. I don’t fully trust myself yet. Something still feels unfinished. My work is for people in the trenches of healing — no longer at the beginning, but not pretending to be “done” either. When it is time to stop chasing the next answer and begin coming back to your own body, truth, and life.
I come from traditional clinical training, but I have never believed healing lives inside one model. I bring together EMDR, CBT, somatic therapy, family constellations, inner child work, ancestral healing, spirituality, and embodiment. I also offer bilingual evaluations for ADHD, learning, IQ, IEP/504, accommodations, and diagnostic clarity - ages 6+.
