My name is Lydiah Wanjau, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I have been working in the field for over 10 yrs which started back in Kenya. I specialize in treating PTSD, anxiety, depression,dual dx. I have a diverse background and you can expect to find hope, safety as explore and heal from past experiences . Goal is to gain control of your life.
