If you struggle with Stress, Anxiety, OCD or OCD Spectrum Disorders (BDD, BFRD, Excessive Worry), or are in a relationship with somebody who does, you know that these difficulties impact not only the individual but also relationships with others. This is especially true in marital relationships, parent-child relationships, friendships, or even work relationships.
Over the past 30 years, I've done original research on how couples cope with stress and have had experience working with a broad range of clinical disorders. I have developed a unique approach to addressing relationship conflict (Decision Triangle Solutions) and have found this approach to be a helpful addition to traditional CBT treatments.
With me, you're not just "a case" — every person is unique, and so is their path to healing. My goal is to provide a supportive, culturally responsive space where you can gain insight, develop new strategies, and create meaningful, lasting change.
