Welcome! I am a master's in counseling student intern and believe in the inherent wisdom and capacity for healing that exists within each person. I offer therapy both in person and online to those located in Arizona. My approach is rooted in warmth, curiosity, collaboration and care. Together, we will walk a path where I will support you in tuning into your inner knowing, building self-trust, and tending to all that aches, desires to be celebrated, and everything in between. In session, we go at your pace and make space for every part of you along the way.
I provide trauma informed care by integrating EMDR with Internal Family Systems and Sand tray as well as mindfulness, attachment and relational based frameworks. I am committed to supporting individuals in strengthening their inner resilience while also recognizing the importance of the therapeutic relationship necessary to foster safety and healing.
