I specialize in working with people navigating the intersection of eating disorders, OCD, and trauma. These struggles often show up together, and it can feel frustrating, and confusing trying to make sense of it all. My goal is to offer a space where you feel truly seen — not just as a diagnosis or a set of symptoms, but as a whole person doing the hard work of healing.

I show up with warmth, curiosity, and respect for your pace. I believe in recovery that helps you build a life that feels more free, not more rigid. For in-person sessions, I’m accompanied by my certified therapy dog, who offers a calm and grounding presence for clients who find comfort in animals.
