Before she became a counselor, she trained and worked in grief support as hospital support staff and as a student clinician in several organizations. She believes that conflict resolution is a vital and ongoing part of every person’s life including conflict within one’s self. Her goal is to provide a constructive and safe place to learn and grow.
Lydia is passionate about helping children process feelings through the vital language of play through Play Therapy. Using evidence -based therapies such as CBT and DBT, she has seen her clients conquer their individual obstacles and meet their goals!
