Hi! I'm glad you found me. Our minds and hearts can feel heavy sometimes. Whatever you're carrying, know that you don't have to carry it alone. I take a warm, relational approach to my work, and I'd love to connect if you're curious about therapy. I want to get to know the whole you- not just the challenges you're facing. I help people better connect with their thoughts and bodies, discover and challenge unhelpful thinking patterns, and move towards greater understanding and acceptance of self.
I believe people often have existing skills and supports in their lives that can be paired with new strategies and perspectives developed in therapy. I work from a strengths-based approach and incorporate CBT, ACT, somatic exercises, mindfulness, and humor into my time with clients.
My work is helpful for those impacted by anxiety, life changes, grief, depression, low self esteem, identity exploration, relational conflict, stress, neurodiversity, and trauma. I am committed to creating a safe space for clients of all backgrounds, identities, and beliefs.
