If you’re autistic, ADHD, or otherwise neurodivergent, you’ve probably been handed a lot of harmful scripts: "You just need to try harder." or, "Everyone feels that way." Therapy with me is different. Here, we challenge internalized stigma and unpack the lies you’ve been taught about your brain.
We replace "coping" with liberation. Less "how to endure overwhelm," more "how to design a life that doesn’t constantly cause it."
