In our work together, I help you regulate your nervous system so your body and mind can settle enough to think clearly and move forward. Rather than repeatedly revisiting overwhelming stories, we focus on what your nervous system is holding — such as tension, exhaustion, or pressure — and work to shift these patterns in a way that feels safe and sustainable.
