I embolden clients who are struggling with past traumas, anxiety, depression, grief, interpersonal issues, LGBTQ+ support, and a colossal of emotional problems that cause instability in your life. I support clients on their own personal journey to healing and building inner strength.

I bring my bubbly and joyful presence into sessions. I utilize active listening, empathy, and socratic questioning to put my clients needs first. I am trained in Child Centered Play Therapy, EMDR, DBT, CBT, TBRI, Motivational Interviewing and TF-CBT. For clients who are interested, I include Sandtray, mindfulness, and art.
