My goal is to allow you to feel understood, valued, and that how you feel matters. From there we create therapy goals to support you in being more yourself, creating a life worth living, experiencing more joy, and better coping with life's ups and downs. I use a variety of talk therapy, trauma informed, and creative techniques tailored to fit each person.
In session, you will often see me with vibrantly colored hair and in comfy clothes as my goal is to express myself authentically, just as I hope to empower you to do.
