Do you struggle with self compassion or allowing yourself to feel emotions? I empower individuals to better understand their emotions and treat themselves with patience and kindness. Together we can work on identifying barriers that make it difficult to sit with your emotions and observe them without judgment. I will be utilizing DBT and mindfulness to help you increase self esteem and gain new skills to manage stress.

In the first session, we will focus on introductions and setting a treatment plan of goals to work on. We will review your completed intake paperwork and I may have additional questions to ask you. This is a time for us to explore the possibilities in what therapies may be most beneficial for you that I can offer.
I am focused on treating adults with many different diagnoses. My previous work has focused on anxiety, depression, and personality disorders.
