Are you looking for an empathic therapist who is fully present and listens attentively? Are you navigating anxiety, life transitions, relationship concerns, women’s issues, work-related stress, or the challenges that can come with military life and identity? Maybe you’re feeling alone, burned out, or overwhelmed and just need to talk to someone. If this sounds like you, I’m your person.
I'm here to support you. My therapeutic approach is mindful, strengths-based, and steeped in compassion and humor. In our sessions we'll explore how your past experiences and relationships may be shaping your present. Every client is unique, and we will tailor your personal growth journey to your needs.
If you’re feeling overwhelmed or struggling, you're not alone. My goal is to create a space where you feel seen and heard, and together we'll start to make sense of what you’re experiencing. I would be honored to support you through your therapy journey.
