I completed my undergraduate studies at Ohio Wesleyan University and graduate studies at the University of Dayton, both of which gave me the education to offer an open-minded, LGBTQIA+ friendly experience in counseling that also recognizes the client’s cultural background(s) and oppressions. I enjoy working with individuals experiencing concerns around sexual/gender identity, a diagnosis with a chronic illness, life stage changes, interpersonal relationships, and the shame/guilt that can be associated with religious trauma.

I’m here to offer different perspectives and strategies to help manage your concerns - I will collaborate with you to create a personalized plan that can incorporate parts of mindfulness, CBT, DBT, attachment theory, and more.
I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) that began my clinical counseling experience just north of Columbus during the COVID-19 pandemic, working with individuals experiencing health related anxiety and concerns related to the political climate and current events of that time.
