From an early age, I felt called to support people through loss. Watching my family care compassionately for elders nearing the end of life gave me a deep respect for both the dying and their caregivers. As a teenager, I endured the loss of friends to gun violence, suicide, and substance abuse—experiences that shaped my empathy and understanding of grief’s many forms.
I help clients navigate grief, loss, trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges & life transitions. My goal is to help you uncover new perspectives on yourself, others, and your relationships so you can experience healing and growth.
My practice is rooted in cultural sensitivity, family systems and mindfulness approaches.
