About
ACCEPTING NEW PATIENTS!!!!I am a Licensed Independent Social Worker of Clinical Practice (LISW-CP). I am also credentialed with the Addictions Professionals of South Carolina as a certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (ADC). My approach to therapy is to create a trauma informed environment in which you will feel safe to share your authentic experiences with me, however difficult it may be. My therapeutic approaches include cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, attachment theory, and emotions focused therapy. I want to help you process emotions and experiences while also remaining solution oriented.
My experience includes treatment of substance use disorders, depression, anxiety, OCD, trauma/PTSD, eating disorders, ADHD, Autism Spectrum, and bipolar DO. I am also trained in Gotman approaches and work with couples/families. I love my job and I will show up every session to best support you through your mental health recovery.
