Or maybe you’re in the sandwich generation, juggling aging parents, growing kids, and the quiet ache of your own unmet needs. You carry everyone else’s needs…but who’s holding space for yours?

I support people who are carrying more than their share. If you’re someone who’s always been “the strong one,” I offer a slow, gentle space where you don’t have to hold it all together. I use storytelling, values work, EMDR, brainspotting, and body-based tools to help process grief, set boundaries, and reconnect with who you are beyond the roles you carry.

If you’ve been strong for too long, carrying grief, caregiving stress, trauma, or quiet overwhelm, I offer space to lay some of it down. You don’t have to carry it alone.
