My goal is to work with my clients to create an open & safe environment where thoughts & feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take those first steps toward change. I have worked with clients to help them reduce stress, depression, anxiety, as well as with clients navigating trauma, LBGTQ+ related issues, challenges with self-esteem & relationships.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), in Texas, with 5 years of professional experience. I obtained my Master of Social Work from the University of Arlington and have experience working with adults, Veterans, first responders, children, &young adults. I can provide Evidence-Based Psychotherapies that are tried & true to help reduce patient symptoms.

I hope to provide an overview of my therapy services and my therapy approach and discuss ways we can work together to reach your therapy goals! I also hope to create a space where you feel comfortable sharing. As well as an opportunity for you to get to know me! Let's work together!
