Hello! If you are here, I imagine something in your life is not going as you planned. Everybody says life has ups and downs, but what do we do when the "ups" seem to be more and more scarce or maybe even non-existent? The world tells us to "get over it" or "keep going, it will get better", but what if that isn't helping? I understand life issues do not just disappear like that. I am here to help!
I create individualized treatment plans for each client, because I know every person's healing journey is different. I work in various areas like substance abuse recovery, grief, trauma, anxiety, depression, communication issues, relationships issues, and many more. I use an integrative approach with various treatment methods to fit your needs.
I provide in-office and virtual counseling sessions and strive to make sessions as comfortable as possible for you. My office is a safe space, there is no judgement here.
