I blend expressive arts therapy with Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to help build emotional skill and insight. I provide a safe space for clients to engage in self-reflection, using art as a bridge to re-connection and self-expression. I work collaboratively with clients, helping to build confidence, emotional awareness to increase coping skills.
Raised internationally, I bring a “Third Culture Kid’s” respect for diverse backgrounds and worldviews to my practice. With a BA in International Relations, a MSW specialized in Military Social Work, and multi-state licensure as a Clinical Social Worker, I am experienced and committed to helping you on your healing journey.
