As a counselor, I love helping my clients feel empowered, confident, and helping them make meaning out of their difficult life experiences. I have a passion for helping people heal from traumatic experiences and find ways to cope in order to move on in their journey. I specialize in helping people who have experienced Child Sexual Abuse, Sexual Assault, and Domestic Violence. I have also worked with client's struggling with depression, anxiety, and relationship issues.
I am trained in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and love using this model for treatment with children. I am also in the process of being trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing therapy or EMDR.
I believe healing happens in both our mind and our bodies and I work to implement different strategies into treatment in order to connect the mind and body. I take great pride in the progress and success of my clients, and look forward to helping you!

This group is for adults who want support with anxiety in a warm, grounded environment. It combines talk therapy and neuroscience with simple, therapeutic crafting to support nervous system regulation, self-expression, and connection. We’ll work on practical tools for managing anxiety while creating in a low-pressure, supportive space. Together, we’ll explore: Understanding anxiety and your personal patterns, Practical coping skills you can use in daily life, Emotional regulation and self-compassion, Connection and support with others who “get it”.
