I love working with people across the lifespan- from adolescents to older adults, people struggling with chronic illnesses, and the LGBTQ community. I'm a psychodynamic therapist, utilizing various methodologies- CBT, REBT, Mindfulness, Family of Origin issues, Motivational Interviewing, Grief and Loss, Mental Health Recovery, and trauma.
