I believe in cultural humility which allows the individual to teach me about their self identity to include their ethnicity, spirituality, sexual identity, and other aspects of their cultural.
My specialty is in working with children who have experienced difficult circumstances or experiences in their lives and now need a safe place to process what has happened to them. I also enjoy working with adults who are struggling with relationship issues, life transitions, early childhood trauma and struggles with substance use.
I have been accepted as an expert witness in child abuse and neglect in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and Virginia courts. I have also been accepted as an expert witness in child therapy. I am able to prepare evaluations and assessments for court hearings for children and adults.
