I am a licensed professional counselor (LPC) with 7 years of experience supporting individuals through challenges such as trauma, grief, marital conflict, ADHD, anxiety, and depression. I work with diverse client backgrounds and strive to offer a calm, grounded, and authentic space for healing. My approach is laid-back and supportive, helping clients feel safe enough to be open, reflective, and engaged in their pursuit of emotional well-being.
I earned my master’s degree in professional counseling from Amridge University. My background includes working with individuals navigating complex emotional experiences and life transitions. I draw from evidence-based, person-centered approaches to help clients deepen self-understanding and build meaningful coping skills.
