Conscious of the impact that harmful systems and environments have on all beings, my practice is trauma informed, antiracist, LGBTQIA2S+, CNM/Non-Monogamous, and neurodivergent informed. I have extensive experience working with the queer community, religious trauma, gender affirming care, and trauma recovery.
