Childhood and adolescence are pivotal periods in a person's life, shaping how they understand themselves, relate to others, and navigate the world. The experiences and relationships during these years lay the groundwork for emotional well-being and resilience. Whether a child is struggling with trauma, anxiety, grief, or other challenges, my goal is to create a safe, nurturing space where they are heard, understood, supported and empowered.
I am currently a Graduate Counseling Intern at Creve Coeur Community Counseling, where I am gaining hands-on experience under supervision while completing the Clinical Mental Health Counseling Graduate Program at the University of Missouri-St. Louis. Additionally, I work at Washington University in the Early Emotional Development Program.
