My name is Lyanne, my goal is to listen to better understand and help process what is going on in your life. The first step is wanting to talk about it. My hope is to build a trusting therapeutic relationship to be able to navigate this thing called life together.
I have experience in crisis intervention, depression, anxiety and life transitions including grieving, job/career changes, and school transitions. I utilize techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), solution focused therapy and more.
My passion lies with allowing others to see that they have all the tools that they may need to start building, growing and healing. I also strive to help each person obtain new tools so that they can have a coping skills toolbox with them through time. We must water ourselves and give ourselves the things we need to nurture our growth.
