I’m a first-gen Latina, familiar with the challenges of navigating daily life. Being authentic is essential to me. I understand the overwhelming weight of anxiety and worry, the pain of losing someone before their time, and the struggle to fit in. As a single mother, I have gained a deep understanding of the importance of modeling behavior, effective communication, establishing boundaries, and, most importantly, fostering meaningful connections. Therapy is a journey of self-discovery where we learn who we are, what we’re capable of, and how to manage the stress of everyday life.
I approach therapy through a systemic lens, using a variety of therapeutic modalities to guide you through this journey. My experience spans working with individuals, couples, families, children, young adults, and teens, each with unique stories and struggles.
