Therapy is a challenging process of self-discovery. It requires curiosity, honesty, vulnerability, persistence and courage. In this process I am looking to partner with individuals who are tired of feeling unsuccessful and out of place in their own life and who are ready to commit to their own healing. I am fully bi-lingual/bi-cultural, and bring to my practice the wealth and flavor of 25 years of many modalities and experience, working with people from around the world.
I believe that unprocessed pain colors the way we see, and approach or avoid the world. The early conclusions we made about who we are and what we must do/tolerate/give up in order to gain connection continue to rule our adult lives and perpetuate adaptive or maladaptive patterns that can't help but create a discrepancy between what we want and what we have.
I will help you explore those discrepancies and move towards significant change. I will meet you where you are, remaining clear, present and safe, and walk with you where you may go, offering witness to the re-claiming of your authentic self and the future intentional authoring of your life.
