Deciding to start therapy can be hard, but I am here to support you. My role is to provide understanding, encouragement, and empathy as we work together to identify your strengths, build coping skills, and increase self-awareness. I specialize in helping adolescents and adults navigate trauma, anxiety, depression, stress, relationship challenges, low self-esteem, and life transitions.
CBT is the core of my treatment approach. In our sessions, we'll focus on understanding how thoughts influence emotions and shape our experiences. By exploring thought patterns, challenging negative beliefs, and validating your feelings, we'll work together to reduce symptoms of depression, anxiety, and trauma, fostering emotional well-being and resilience.
