About
For many of us deciding to enter a path of personal growth can be considered one of the most profound life experiences. My role as a therapist is to guide, witness, and support your unique experience. Together we will begin to uncover areas of your life that desire a sense of healing from self-destructive and limiting beliefs; and create hope for acceptance of self.
I am dedicated to value your personal strengths, and believe in creating an environment that encourages healthy growth in all areas of your life. I work with adults and couples around issues of trauma, abuse/domestic violence, self-esteem, depression, anxiety; and grief and loss issues.
I am Bilingual/Bicultural (Spanish/English) Clinical Social Worker. I am a graduate of Smith College School for Social Work and also affiliated with The Mitchell Center for Relational Studies in New York City; which provides an on-going development and greater understanding of the power of relationships within the therapeautic encounter.
