I spent a lot of my life thinking that I was alone in the struggles I was experiencing and it is my goal to make sure that you know that you are not and will not be alone as you embark on this journey of healing. I work with the LGBTQ+ community, as well as with clients struggling with depression, anxiety, PTSD, ADHD, and grief.
I commit to making my space safe, non-judgmental, and empathetic for you. I have a wide variety of tools that I can offer as we work together to find out what works best for you. I will work with you to help you understand the emotional core of your issues while addressing and helping you adjust thoughts and behaviors that you find harmful.
There is no one right way to go on a therapeutic journey and I know that, oftentimes, the hardest step is the first one. I am already so proud of you for getting this far. I am here to listen to you, no matter what you need, and to offer a kind word, a tissue, or a lighthearted joke to help you feel heard and understood.
